Welcome to Feiliz Tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our specialized lighting products and services.

By placing an order with Feiliz (Shenzhen) Tech Co., Ltd. ("Feiliz Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all B2B transactions, including custom OEM/ODM projects, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our products are intended for professional commercial use. By purchasing, you represent that you are a business entity or a professional acting in a commercial capacity.

Products & Customization

Specifications & Tolerances
Feiliz Tech manufactures precision Edgelit panels and LED solutions. While we strive for exact dimensions, standard manufacturing tolerances apply (typically ±1mm for dimensions, ±5% for color temperature). Slight variations in color or brightness may occur between different production batches.
Custom Orders (OEM/ODM)
For custom-shaped panels, specific CRIs, or non-standard sizes, the Client must provide accurate CAD files (DXF/DWG) or detailed vector drawings. Feiliz Tech is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the Client.
Samples
Prototypes and samples are available upon request. Sample fees may apply and are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing (e.g., deducted from bulk order).

Orders & Payment

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., acrylic, aluminum, copper) prior to final order confirmation.

Payment Terms

Standard terms require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation to commence production, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment. We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and PayPal (for small amounts).

Shipping & Delivery

Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are EXW (Ex Works) Shenzhen or FOB Shenzhen. Risk of loss passes to the Client upon delivery to the carrier.

Timeline: Production lead times are estimates (typically 3-15 days depending on volume). Feiliz Tech is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or carrier logistics.

Inspection: The Client must inspect goods within 3 business days of receipt. Any claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately with photographic evidence.

Warranty & Returns

Limited Warranty

Quality Assurance

Feiliz Tech warrants that products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 to 3 years (depending on the specific product series) from the date of shipment.

Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
Custom Products: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom-made items (OEM/ODM) are non-returnable unless materially defective.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feiliz Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the products shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
