What is your sample policy and turnaround time?
We offer free existing (non-customized) samples from our current production runs, with the client only covering the international shipping cost. For proprietary custom prototypes, we charge a dedicated setup fee to cover design layout, custom mold tooling, and physical proofing. Scent proofing is also supported. Custom sample fees are non-refundable and do not deduct from final bulk orders. Custom sampling takes 3 to 5 working days and is sent via premium international express.
How do you guarantee international import compliance?
All our fragrance oil formulas are fully compliant with destination country safety regulations. We furnish complete English MSDS documents, safety datasheets, and regulatory compliance certificates (including REACH and IFRA standards) with every shipment to ensure seamless, hazard-free customs clearance.
Can I split the MOQ across different shapes or scents?
Our minimum order quantity is strictly 500 pieces per individual shape and scent combination. For example, an order of 1,000 pieces can be split into maximum two different shapes or two different scents (500 units each). Each variation must fulfill its own 500-unit MOQ due to mechanical printing and mold configuration constraints.
What are your bulk lead times and quality guarantees?
Standard production is completed within 10 to 15 working days from design sign-off and deposit receipt. Urgent orders can be expedited via priority scheduling. We conduct a rigorous 100% optical quality control inspection prior to packaging. In the rare event of verified manufacturing defects, we offer full product replacement, priority reproduction, or proportional financial compensation.
Do you support custom proprietary scent development?
Yes. Beyond our 48+ highly popular stock scents and 300+ formula database, you can supply your own liquid oil samples or describe a specific olfactive profile. Our partnered laboratory will analyze and compound an exact match for your private brand collection.
